Israeli-American actress Natalie Portman's nomination for her role as tormented ballerina Nina Sayers in "Black Swan" is no surprise. The pregnant and recently engaged actress already won a Golden Globe for the role. Of working with director Darren Aronofsky on the role, Portman told Cover Media, "He gave me one of the greatest gifts that any director's ever given me which was – after we'd try everything that he wanted to do he'd give me ten ways to attack a scene, then he'd say, 'Now do this one for yourself.' Aronfosky has also been nominated in the best director category. If you have not seen this movie yet, it is time.
