Today was beautiful, I took the train out early to be the first one out to open the Boy Butter Beach House, directly upon Ocean Blvd in lovely and surprisingly warm Fire Island. Had a flag specially made for this house situated on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, with breezes strong and consistent enough to make the Boy Butter flag pay for itself in about a weekend's time.
